The VP, Group FP&A Management Reporting role is responsible for leading the finance team, driving performance analytics and reporting, and influencing strategic direction. The role requires strong analytical skills, business judgment, and leadership abilities.
Requirements
- Experience in leading FP&A team with strong understanding on the concepts driving banking business
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions
- Excellent business judgment, operational control management and risk assessment
- Experience in change and programme management and self-awareness to adopt varying approaches for different stakeholder dynamics
