Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team based in Southwestern Ontario, reporting to the IR Sales Manager. You will be responsible for growing, developing, and driving sales within the territory for assigned whole goods categories and parts.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include developing growth plans for current dealers, forecasting products by dealer, managing dealer inventory, communicating promotions, reviewing programs, addressing and managing warranty concerns, and supporting the growth of Professional (PRO) products within assigned territories.

You should have a post-secondary education in Sales/Marketing or a related field of study, and 3+ years’ experience in a business development role, ideally with commercial outdoor products selling to an independent retail channel.

  • Discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 20% of salary
