The District Sales Manager will work as a virtual employee, responsible for achieving annual operating plans, conducting field excellence meetings, and managing regional credits and adjustments. The role requires a BA in business or related field, prior experience in mobile tool sales, and the ability to lift more than 10 pounds.

Requirements

  • BA in business or related field
  • Prior experience in mobile tool sales
  • Knowledge of the local automotive repair market
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting new talent into an organization
  • Prior experience as a small business owner or in coaching and mentoring small business owners
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of route/field sales experience
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of management experience directing multiple field/route sales professionals
