Sr. Manager Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Staples is seeking a Sr. Manager Business Intelligence & Data Analytics to lead data initiatives, transform customer understanding, and drive revenue growth. The role will involve building a comprehensive data ecosystem, designing scalable data pipelines, and managing a team of data engineers and analysts.

Requirements

• Strategic, analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, and traditional RDBMS systems
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
