As a Senior Inside Sales Print & Promotional Specialist, you’ll drive strategic growth across Quill’s largest and most complex customers, acting as a trusted advisor, category expert, and senior collaborator. You’ll lead consultative sales motions for complex, multi-stakeholder deals, manage multiple high-value lead channels, and collaborate with sales, merchants, and internal partners to design comprehensive customer solutions.
Requirements
- Drive high conversion rates on complex, high-value opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed net sales, margin, and growth targets
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers and Field Sellers
- Lead consultative sales motions for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Manage and prioritize multiple high-value lead channels
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in Quill’s product offerings and pricing strategies
- Own, forecast, and manage a robust opportunity pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, merchants, vendors, and internal partners
- Grow share of wallet through vendor consolidation, account expansion, and deeper account penetration strategies
