Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at STARK Ribe, you will lead a team of 7 employees, responsible for B2B sales and consulting of building materials to large construction projects. You will be part of the management team and have direct reference to the company’s Director. Your tasks include leading, recruiting, developing and maintaining employees, improving company performance, and planning sales-promoting initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading and developing employees, improving company performance, planning and managing sales-promoting initiatives, and ensuring customers meet a presentable and sales-oriented company of high standard.
