Performance Marketing Analyst

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Analyst will use data, reporting, and market insights to evaluate marketing performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across SECU’s marketing channels. This role partners with marketing, digital, product, and business intelligence teams to analyze campaign results, improve member acquisition and engagement, and provide clear recommendations that help drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Analyze performance across paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns, develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns. Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights for non-technical stakeholders, identify trends in member behavior, and conduct A/B testing and incrementality analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or performance marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email platforms, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Solid understanding of marketing KPIs and funnel metrics
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of self-accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
