We are seeking a Selling District Sales Manager to develop and maintain a sales territory, learn the sales process, product knowledge, and company training methods. The role involves achieving sales goals, building brand awareness, and developing strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Prior B2B sales experience
- Ability to train and coach direct sales representatives during the selling process
- Experience in territory and district management
- Strong selling, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written
