We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Montana Lottery team. The ideal candidate will have excellent management and business acumen, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2+ years of sales or customer service supervisory experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of sales or customer service supervisory experience
- Knowledge of business, marketing, retail and sales strategies, advertising and brand development
- Program planning and management, budgeting, customer service standards, contract administration, and trends and issues affecting target industries
- Laws, rules, policies, and procedures affecting Lottery operations and activities
- Ability to provide effective leadership, vision, and direction
- Effective communication with diverse levels of management and stakeholders
- Analysis and interpretation of complex data related to market research, demographics, sales trends and reports
- Developing and delivering formal sales presentations
- Exercise judgment and discretion to establish and maintain strong working relationships
