We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Montana Lottery team. The ideal candidate will have excellent management and business acumen, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2+ years of sales or customer service supervisory experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of business, marketing, retail and sales strategies, advertising and brand development
  • Program planning and management, budgeting, customer service standards, contract administration, and trends and issues affecting target industries
  • Laws, rules, policies, and procedures affecting Lottery operations and activities
  • Ability to provide effective leadership, vision, and direction
  • Effective communication with diverse levels of management and stakeholders
  • Analysis and interpretation of complex data related to market research, demographics, sales trends and reports
  • Developing and delivering formal sales presentations
  • Exercise judgment and discretion to establish and maintain strong working relationships
