The Alpha Data Operations team is looking for an Assistant Vice President to lead the team’s strategic growth and position the operation model for scale and efficiency. The successful candidate will have joint responsibility for the team and will be responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining the Production/CUAT environment, and driving standardization in the Alpha Data model across India and the global client base.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the financial services industry or global consulting firm
- Proven domain knowledge and ability to understand various listed instrument types
- Broad and in-depth understanding of standards, methodologies, processes, systems, and technology necessary to support front to back operations
- Ability to work on multiple projects/clients implementation concurrently and prioritize work accordingly
- Must have SQL knowledge, hands-on experience with database/data warehouse skills
- Balance of Technical/Business
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Flexibility in working outside of your responsibilities and areas of expertise
- Effective organizational, decision making, and communication skills
- English language skills are essential
- 15+ years of professional experience
- 8-10 years of experience in a global management role within the financial services industry
