We are looking for a highly organized, analytically driven Product Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational engine of our Private Markets product organization. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst and operator, comfortable working with data, building structured reports, and deriving actionable insights from product and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Support the end-to-end operational cadence of the Private Markets product team
- Own and maintain product documentation infrastructure
- Build and maintain product analytics dashboards
- Coordinate UAT cycles
- Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
- Support the product team in vendor and third-party integration management
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level product updates
- Conduct structured research and analysis to support competitive intelligence efforts
- Monitor and triage incoming product feedback
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Support onboarding of new product team members
- Assist with data quality monitoring and reporting
