Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CS Operations within a B2B or data-driven organization
- Strong analytical foundation – proven ability to build reports, interpret GTM performance data, and turn findings into actionable recommendations; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and tooling; a track record of driving adoption and improving data quality
- Demonstrated experience identifying process gaps and leading operational improvements across revenue or customer-facing workflows
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence without authority, build trust across functions, and thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments – bringing structure and calm where there is none.
