We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the revenue engine runs smoothly from lead to handoff, building workflows and automated processes to scale our customer-facing teams, and optimizing processes to reduce friction between teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-centric role focused on the customer lifecycle.
- High proficiency in HubSpot is non-negotiable.
- Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and CRM reporting to visualize trends and identify process breakdowns.
- Proven experience managing the ‘Hand-off’ process (Sales-to-Onboarding) within a B2B environment.
