Senior GTM Enablement Specialist

Stepful is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to lead enterprise enablement efforts, understanding the needs of Sales, Solution Architecture, and Client Success teams. This role will design and deliver enablement programs, accelerate pipeline growth, and foster collaboration. Stepful is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp and has gained recognition as an edtech leader in the US.

Requirements

• Lead Stepful’s GTM enablement work.
• Develop onboarding and certification programs for GTM team members.
• Build and maintain GTM enablement materials and communication structures.
• Prioritize and organize information for successful GTM team performance.
