Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with business goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals across multiple channels
  • Expand market share and drive revenue growth through proactive pipeline development and customer retention
  • Oversee branding, communications, and product positioning strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform decisions
  • Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure alignment between demand and delivery
  • Establish KPIs and implement metrics to measure team and campaign performance
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and with key customer accounts
  • Participate in strategic planning conversations at the executive level, working directly with the ownership team

✅ Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in senior sales and marketing leadership within a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and markets to build forward-looking strategies
  • Excellent communication and executive presence — comfortable reporting to and advising company ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
