Key Responsibilities:
- Set and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy in alignment with business goals
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals across multiple channels
- Expand market share and drive revenue growth through proactive pipeline development and customer retention
- Oversee branding, communications, and product positioning strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform decisions
- Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure alignment between demand and delivery
- Establish KPIs and implement metrics to measure team and campaign performance
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and with key customer accounts
- Participate in strategic planning conversations at the executive level, working directly with the ownership team
✅ Qualifications:
- Proven track record in senior sales and marketing leadership within a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Ability to analyze data, trends, and markets to build forward-looking strategies
- Excellent communication and executive presence — comfortable reporting to and advising company ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
