About Stonegrove Roofing Partners

Stonegrove Roofing Partners supports high-quality, owner-led roofing companies by providing shared systems, best practices, and enablement—while preserving local leadership and autonomy.

Role Overview

The Vice President of Sales Enablement & Training owns sales execution across the Stonegrove platform, specifically the step between leads and operations. This role is not responsible for marketing or lead generation, but is accountable for how leads are handled, converted, and sold.

This is a hands‑on, player‑coach role requiring extensive travel, live training, direct coaching, and ongoing field engagement. Success is measured by team performance and consistency—not personal sales production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a scalable sales enablement and training strategy across partner companies
  • Develop standardized sales playbooks, processes, and training content for roofing and home services sales
  • Own and manage the sales Learning Management System (LMS), including onboarding and certifications
  • Serve as the primary sales trainer and coach; enable local sales managers through a train‑the‑trainer model
  • Establish consistent sales cadence (onboarding, coaching calls, meetings, in‑person training)
  • Track and improve key sales KPIs including close rate, average ticket size, and training adoption
  • Collaborate with the VP of Business Development and VP of Marketing to align BD, marketing, and sales execution
  • Travel frequently to partner locations for in‑person training, coaching, and ride‑alongs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience with a strong focus on training, coaching, or enablement
  • Proven ability to build scalable sales training programs that drive measurable results
  • Experience supporting multi‑location or distributed sales teams
  • Comfortable influencing without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Experience

  • Roofing, home services, or field‑based sales environments
  • LMS ownership or training program design
  • Experience supporting owner‑led or partner‑based businesses

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive benefits package – Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan – Company‑supported retirement savings to help you plan for the future
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) – Generous PTO program designed to support work‑life balance, along with paid holidays
  • Growth‑oriented organization – Join a company in active growth mode, offering long‑term stability and career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative leadership culture – Work closely with operational and executive leaders in a supportive, team‑driven environment
  • Meaningful impact – Play a key role in shaping sales processes, training and success

Why This Role Matters

This role ensures Stonegrove’s sales teams consistently convert leads, execute effectively, and benefit from shared best practices—while maintaining the autonomy that defines our partnership model.
