Requirements

• Proven experience leading People Operations teams within an international, matrixed organization
• Hands-on experience working across European countries with an understanding of various labor laws
• Strong managerial skills and an engaging leadership style that balances strategy with daily execution
• High proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally with Workday or similar large-scale platforms
• Experience managing a shared services model using tools like JIRA and tiered support structures
