Requirements
- Proven experience leading People Operations teams within an international, matrixed organization
- Hands-on experience working across European countries with an understanding of various labor laws
- Strong managerial skills and an engaging leadership style that balances strategy with daily execution
- High proficiency with HRIS systems, ideally with Workday or similar large-scale platforms
- Experience managing a shared services model using tools like JIRA and tiered support structures
