About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to support our Strategic Accounts business. This role is critical in ensuring alignment, efficiency, and growth across our enterprise sales segment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Strategic Account leadership to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and overall go-to-market strategy.
- Manage and enhance core sales processes including account planning, territory alignment, and compensation design.
- Develop and deliver operational reports and insights to enable data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the enterprise segment effectively.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce, Clari, and other sales tools.
