About the Role

You will work directly with management and sales teams of certified education providers (AZAV) to build scalable sales and CRM structures. You will train their sales teams using proven templates, methods, and processes to measurably improve sales results. You will advise, lead, and control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with management and sales teams of education provider clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and CRM processes
  • Train and manage internal sales teams of education providers based on templates and structures
  • Analyze sales data, identify bottlenecks, and steer improvements
  • Take full responsibility for a fixed client portfolio of approximately 15 education providers
  • Conduct regular check-ins, strategy sessions, and review calls
  • Actively contribute to the development of our consulting structure

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, CRM processes, organizational development, or strategic consulting
  • Ability to work with both executives and operational sales teams
  • Structured work approach, KPI-oriented thinking, and clear implementation focus
  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and process-oriented mindset
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM systems, SaaS, sales architecture, or sales team training
