Stream is hiring for an Experienced Marketing Operations Manager to support our dynamic, growing marketing team. This position will be work from the Revenue Operations function at Stream where our goal is to align all teams that have a role in the Go-To-Market function. You will be the owner of our marketing tools, processes, workflows, and documentation.

What You Will Do As a Marketing Operations Manager

  • You will maintain HubSpot functionality and propose new strategies, new solutions and new vendors to optimize existing tools and processes.
  • You will own the marketing tech stack and be the SME with business stakeholders on inbound pipeline data, email nurturing, lead scoring and the segmentation process.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise on establishing a solid foundation to support scalable processes and reporting needs for high growth, B2B SaaS marketing organizations.
  • Partner with the Marketing leadership team to evolve core go-to-market strategy and execute the marketing reporting and analytics roadmap.
  • Partner with Growth/Content Marketing, Sales Operations, Product and Customer Success leadership to optimize our lead process to increase qualified lead flow (lead conversions rates, velocity, pipeline and revenue generation)
  • Own the multi-attribution model (Full Circle) and develop a method for refinement and optimization.
  • Own the business requirements for data architecture within the marketing technology stack to ensure end-to-end data flow supports reporting needs
  • Provide business insights, reports, and tools that will lead to better prioritization and higher team productivity and optimize return on investment
  • Responsible for enabling all marketing teams with dashboards and analytics
  • Conduct a system audit and identify areas for improvement in our current ecosystem and workflows.
  • Managing a backlog of ticket requests, prioritizing, and communicating expectations for results to teams and stakeholders.

Who You Are

You have/are

  • 5+ years as a Marketing Operations Manager with experience driving change within teams and organizations.
  • You know Hubspot inside and out, but a thirst to know more!
  • Proficiency optimizing tools and processes – not afraid to build something new.
  • Passion for marketing, specifically in a B2B world (Tech / SaaS ideal)
  • You are a strategic thinker who understands the up and downstream effects of changes being implemented.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fail fast, learn faster.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with other tools like Salesforce, MadKudu, Outreach, Slack, MailChimp, etc.
  • You are a fiend for process, documentation, and being able to explain how something works to others.

  • B2B SAAS Startup Experience.
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Experience with: Jira, Outreach, Gong, Notion, ClickUp, Bizible, Lucid Chart, etc
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, etc.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented. PM experience a plus.
