Join Ströer as a Sales Manager Field Sales and contribute to the success of our innovative product portfolio. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and building long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, particularly in new customer acquisition
  • Driving license class B – you are on the road every day
  • Empathy and closure strength – you understand customer needs and convince new customers of you and our products
  • Ambition and discipline – you always keep an eye on your KPIs and a ‘no’ cannot discourage you
  • Performance orientation – our performance-based remuneration motivates you to exceed your goals and celebrate your successes
  • Independence – through your hands-on mentality, you structure your sales week independently
  • Excellent communication skills and secure German language skills in word and writing
