Requirements
- Sales experience, particularly in new customer acquisition
- Driving license class B – you are on the road every day
- Empathy and closure strength – you understand customer needs and convince new customers of you and our products
- Ambition and discipline – you always keep an eye on your KPIs and a ‘no’ cannot discourage you
- Performance orientation – our performance-based remuneration motivates you to exceed your goals and celebrate your successes
- Independence – through your hands-on mentality, you structure your sales week independently
- Excellent communication skills and secure German language skills in word and writing
