We’re seeking a Compliance Data Analyst to join our Risk & Controls Oversight function at Stripe, conducting technical assessments, developing data-driven insights, and creating dynamic dashboards to represent our risk and control health.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and comfort working with LLM and AI technologies
- Experience in designing and developing metrics that effectively communicate risk and control narratives
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating dashboards
- Solid understanding of risk management principles, control frameworks, and compliance areas
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Effective communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
