Stripe is seeking a Strategic Programs Lead to drive execution of regulatory programs and support its most critical users. This role acts as a connective tissue between internal risk and product teams, cross-functional partners, and field stakeholders, focusing on delivering exceptional execution and proactive support for users with and without a TAM Support Plan. The position requires experience with program ownership, cross-functional leadership, and user enablement.

- 10+ years in program management
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience
- Robust analytical skills
- Experience with tracking & reporting tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Background in fintech, financial services, or related areas (preferred)
