Role Overview
Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Endoscopy line in a region that covers the Metropolitan areas of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, driving growth while ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute local sales strategies, set territories, quotas, and targets, drive forecasting, reporting, and demand planning, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and manage budgets and profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Previous sales management experience

- Track record leading and developing high performance teams
