Stryker is seeking a results-driven Manager of Joint Replacement Sales to lead, manage and develop a high performing Stryker Joint Replacement Sales team. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in medical device sales and sales team leadership, with a passion for achieving market share growth and enhancing patient outcomes through advanced joint replacement solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Minimum 2 years of direct people management and/or demonstrated ability to work with and lead others to accomplish sales goals.
