The Mandate is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Strategy & GTM Transformation (VP) to build and lead a full-suite global GTM function. This role involves bridging strategy, execution, and commercial reality, influencing executive decisions, and aligning with product, marketing, and revenue teams. The position is designed for a leader who combines strategic clarity, commercial depth, and influence with C-suite stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 12–15 years in GTM, commercial, or transformation leadership within technology, telco, or digital platform sectors.
- Consulting DNA: Former McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture Strategy, or Big 4 TMT practices.
- Functional Strengths: Value proposition design, brand architecture, performance marketing, pricing strategy, partner enablement, and GTM scalability.
- Strategic Depth: Proven record of building or transforming GTM and commercial frameworks in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations.
- Leadership Style: Structured, calm under pressure, and able to influence diverse senior stakeholders with clarity and logic.
- Scope Readiness: Global mindset – able to operate across multiple time zones and business cultures.
- Personal Traits: Analytical yet pragmatic; resilient in ambiguity; drives execution through influence and systems thinking.
