The Mandate is seeking a senior Director of Growth Strategy & GTM Transformation to build a fully-fledged global GTM function. This role requires leadership to bridge strategy and execution, considering commercial reality and influencing executive decisions across brand, market entry, and performance. The position is designed for a leader with a strong background in consulting and transformation, and is a successor pipeline, opening to a candidate with strong leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- 12–15 years in GTM, commercial, or transformation leadership within technology, telco, or digital platform sectors.
- Experience: 12–15 years in GTM, commercial, or transformation leadership within technology, telco, or digital platform sectors.
- Former McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture Strategy, or Big 4 TMT practices.
- Value proposition design, brand architecture, performance marketing, pricing strategy, partner enablement, and GTM scalability.
- Proven record of building or transforming GTM and commercial frameworks in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations.
- Structured, calm under pressure, and able to influence diverse senior stakeholders with clarity and logic.
- Analytical yet pragmatic; resilient in ambiguity; drives execution through influence and systems thinking rather than hierarchy.
