The ideal candidate is a thought leader with proven experience in transformation leadership and global expansion.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in GTM, commercial, or transformation leadership within technology, telco, or digital platform sectors.
- Former McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture Strategy, or Big 4 TMT practices.
- Value proposition design experience.
- Brand architecture, performance marketing, pricing strategy, partner enablement, and GTM scalability skills.
- Proven track record in transforming GTM and commercial frameworks in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations.
- Analytical and pragmatic skills with resilience and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Global mindset with operational capabilities.
