Performance and Data Analyst (Redeployment 22618)

We are looking for a creative and driven Performance & Data Analyst to help us turn data into meaningful insight that supports our frontline services.

Requirements

  • Experience in a data analysis, performance or improvement-focused role.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and SQL.
  • Experience creating dashboards that are clear, intuitive and accessible.
  • Confidence explaining complex information in a simple, engaging way.
  • A methodical approach to data quality, accuracy and governance.
  • The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset: someone who spots opportunities to improve processes rather than waiting to be asked.
  • A Level 5 qualification in a relevant area (or equivalent knowledge and experience) is desirable.
