Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and Accounts Receivable

SugarAI is redefining CRM for the age of AI. We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and Accounts Receivable to lead global revenue accounting and accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, operational discipline, and a collaborative leadership style.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a SaaS or software environment
• Deep experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition, including complex contract arrangements
• Experience accounting for capitalized contract costs under ASC 340-40
• Prior people management experience, including managing remote or globally distributed teams
• Strong accounts receivable and billing management experience
• Working knowledge of sales tax, VAT, and withholding tax as they relate to billing and AR
• Hands on experience with NetSuite, including Advanced Revenue Management and Multi Book
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Collaborative, proactive, and process improvement-oriented mindset
