Director of Business Intelligence – Healthcare

The Director of Business Intelligence is responsible for leading Summit’s data strategy and ensuring that data is effectively utilized to drive business decisions. This role will lead the development of and execution of data-driven strategies, provide guidance on data management and analytics best practices, and oversee the design, implementation and measurement of data-related initiatives that support Summit’s goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field
• Five or more years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-driven roles
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Power BI, including ownership of enterprise Power BI environments
• Proven experience owning and scaling a Power BI platform in a medium to large organization
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern data warehouses
• Proficiency in data solution architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
• Healthcare analytics experience required, including direct work with EHR data (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar), claims data, revenue cycle metrics, or clinical quality reporting
