Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong comfort level completing high-accuracy work with large datasets in a self-directed fashion (e.g., PivotTables, data cleaning, reconciliation logic, structured tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
- A strong automation and control mindset—you enjoy eliminating manual steps while strengthening accuracy, documentation, and repeatability.
- Comfortable working with various GenAI-based tools including Agents to develop automated workflows. Ability to customize LLMs is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail and comfort operating in a regulated Finance environment with defined controls and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills within a recurring monthly cadence.
- Self-directed and driven individual, with a mindset for continuous improvement
- Clear communication skills to partner with Finance stakeholders and data providers.
- Experience with Power BI and data automation concepts; enthusiasm to continue growing in analytics, BI, and intelligent automation.
