Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative – Industrial Distribution

SunSource is seeking a high energy individual to join their Customer Service Team to support their outside sales team. The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative will provide technical support and respond to inquiries to customers and Account Managers.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales / customer service
• Experience in Industrial Distribution or similar industry experience
• Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude
