Suntory Global Spirits is seeking an Assistant Commercial Marketing Manager to drive execution excellence and strategy for the Off-Trade, On-Trade & Wedding channel within the market.
Requirements
- Work closely with Market/s Commercial team and Regional Commercial Marketing Manager to firm up the annual plan
- Collaborate with the ZSM/ RCMM on channel segmentation
- Accountable for driving Execution Excellence for all the channel inputs
- Helping the ZSM/RCMM on negotiations to close agreements on Visibility /Space and tracking identified KPI’s
- Responsible for tracking and maintenance of visibility initiatives and all semi-permanent assets
- Execute specific promotions for building distribution efficiencies
- Drive performance led investment culture with regular review across various investment inputs
- Closely monitor the market and competitive landscape
- Monitor distribution of POSM stock across market as per targets, timeliness, and territory requirements
