Growth Automation & CRO Manager

We’re seeking a Growth Automation & CRO Manager to build and scale the execution engine of growth, combining CRO, MarTech infrastructure, and AI-driven automation into a single, cohesive growth engine.

Requirements

• Own the conversion & growth execution product
• Take ownership of the full acquisition and activation funnel
• Define and execute the roadmap for conversion and lifecycle improvements
• Build a scalable CRO & experimentation system
• Develop a high-velocity testing engine (A/B, multivariate, personalization)
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact (conversion, revenue, LTV)
• Coordinate creative effectiveness A/B test ensuring a good measurement framework
• Own MarTech & automation infrastructure
• Design and scale marketing automation across acquisition
• Build and optimize systems leveraging CDP, and data pipelines
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and product systems
• Leverage AI to scale growth
• Implement AI-driven solutions for bidding, segmentation, personalization, and creative generation
• Bridge Marketing, Product & Engineering
