We’re looking for a Martech, Automation & CRO Manager to build and scale the execution engine of growth, from user acquisition funnel optimization to AI-driven automation and personalization.
Requirements
- Own the conversion & growth execution product
- Take ownership of the full acquisition and activation funnel (click → registration → deposit → retention signals)
- Define and execute the roadmap for conversion and lifecycle improvements
- Build a scalable CRO & experimentation system
- Develop a high-velocity testing engine (A/B, multivariate, personalization)
- Optimize landing pages, flows, and user journeys across markets
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact (conversion, revenue, LTV)
- Coordinate creative effectiveness A/B test ensuring a good measurement framework
- Own MarTech & automation infrastructure
- Design and scale marketing automation across acquisition
- Build and optimize systems leveraging CDP, and data pipelines
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and product systems
- Leverage AI to scale growth
- Implement AI-driven solutions for bidding, segmentation, personalization, and creative generation
- Build LLM-powered workflows for campaign creation, insights, and reporting
- Move from manual execution to automated, always-on systems
- Bridge Marketing, Product & Engineering
- Partner with Product teams to embed marketing into the product experience
- Work with Engineering on scalable infrastructure (APIs, event tracking, data flows)
- Align user acquisition with product onboarding and retention
- Drive efficiency and scalability
- Eliminate manual workflows and reduce operational complexity
- Enable the organization to scale output without proportional headcount growth
