Playlink is seeking a Lifecycle Growth Manager to own player engagement, retention, and monetization across the full customer lifecycle. The role requires 4-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of running experiments and driving measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and in-platform messaging
- Design player journeys
- Develop campaign concepts that drive engagement and revenue
- Partner with Casino and Sportsbook teams to turn product features into compelling campaigns
- Define hypotheses for all campaigns
- Forecast expected outcomes
- Run A/B tests
- Analyze results and translate into clear insights
- Define player segments based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage
- Drive personalized experiences
