Playlink is seeking a Lifecycle Growth Manager to own player engagement, retention, and monetization across the full customer lifecycle. The role requires 4-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of running experiments and driving measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and in-platform messaging
  • Design player journeys
  • Develop campaign concepts that drive engagement and revenue
  • Partner with Casino and Sportsbook teams to turn product features into compelling campaigns
  • Define hypotheses for all campaigns
  • Forecast expected outcomes
  • Run A/B tests
  • Analyze results and translate into clear insights
  • Define player segments based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage
  • Drive personalized experiences
