Job Title
Take charge of our GTM systems and help shape a scalable, high-impact sales operations engine. You will be responsible for managing key GTM tools, improving sales systems, and optimizing process automation. This is a senior-level role that requires 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles
- Practical experience with Salesforce, including a detailed understanding of lead routing, territory management, and sales process automation
- Deep understanding of how to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Proficient stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environments
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
