SuperOrdinary is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to support brands and retailers launching and scaling on TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce marketplaces. The role involves launch program management, strategic consulting, and portfolio growth strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, social commerce, consulting, digital strategy, or brand growth roles.
- Deep experience within Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon, or marketplace ecosystems OR strong category expertise with demonstrated digital commerce experience.
- Experience advising brands or retailers at a strategic level.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex marketplace concepts to executive audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
