About Us:
SurgiCor is an independent agency specializing in wholesale distribution of orthopedic medical devices and various other ancillary products. We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team by analyzing sales performance and ensuring effective use of tools and data.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and optimize our reporting tools, while ensuring data integrity between systems.
- Own the design and development of ongoing sales metrics, key performance indicators, reports, dashboards to drive key business decisions of our programs and initiatives.
- Through collaboration, provide support for sales planning activities during quarterly and annual planning cycles, including territory alignments, compensation analysis, and quota setting.
- Work closely with sales leadership to enhance and provide accurate forecasting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Prepare monthly commission reporting for management and the sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Cube).
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- High regard for confidentiality and data integrity.
