Swire Coca-Cola is a family-owned bottling company seeking a Solutions & Data Analyst to build best-in-class tools and capabilities that support enterprise-wide planning and execution. The role will involve owning the solution design and deployment of Adaptive models to drive efficiency and top-line growth.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
- 2+ years of Adaptive Planning or similar model building experience within an EPM
- Understanding of data architecture and integration across platforms
- Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder influencing and project management
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and data models, in planning (i.e., sales, finance, commercial, supply chain, workforce, etc.), forecasting, execution, and Trade Promotion Management
- Strong Excel analytical capability (Pivot tables, macros) and Access familiarity
- Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in design, building and implementation of any of the qualifying software; Workday Adaptive Planning (NOT Workday HCM), Oracle Hyperion HFM, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, SAP BI-IP, SAP SAC, SAP Callidus
