Senior Marketing Manager Japan & Korea

As Senior Marketing Manager for Japan & Korea, you will be at the heart of Swiss Re’s commercial growth strategy in the APAX region. You will own and drive end-to-end marketing campaigns to deepen client relationships, elevate our brand presence, and empower origination teams to close deals with confidence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications roles with a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial impact.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
