We are building an AE’s dream AI assistant. Sybill doesn’t just take meeting notes – it automatically creates and manages your to-do lists from both calls and emails, and then helps auto-execute those tasks using AI. This will include updating CRM, sending follow-up emails, scheduling follow-up meetings, researching information, customizing collaterals (decks, one-pagers, RFPs), and much more. Sybill wants to help reps to close more while doing less.
We have raised $15M to make this assistant of the future a reality for AEs. And today we are the only ones in the market with a product to do so. We have 750+ customers. Customers absolutely love Sybill, and in fact, 70% of our revenue comes from word-of-mouth with a PLG offering.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a smart and hungry Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build dashboards for CAC, funnel conversion, and leads per channel to drive data-led insights.
- Create viral loops and run experiments that amplify product awareness and word-of-mouth.
- Engage communities (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn) to foster brand advocacy and user retention.
- Optimize listings on marketplaces, explore new channels, and minimize engineering overhead.
- Automate lead nurturing (email, retargeting, etc.) to keep prospects engaged and conversions high.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, landing pages, and campaigns for continuous optimization.
- Elevate web presence via SEO, review boards, partnerships, and clear differentiation from competitors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- AI Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience as a power user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others, with the ability to apply them creatively across diverse use cases.
- Automation Skills: Proficiency with tools like Make, Zapier, scrapers, and Clay to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tools like SQL, FullStory, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
- Growth Expertise: Proven track record of driving measurable results in user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experimentation Mindset: Experience designing, running, and analyzing growth experiments (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: A natural problem-solver who thrives in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience & PLG Mindset: 4+ years in B2B SaaS growth or demand gen, with a strong understanding of product-led growth motions.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Skilled at building and interpreting dashboards (CAC, funnel metrics, etc.) and making data-backed decisions
- AI & Automation Proficiency: Comfortable using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.) to streamline processes.
- Creative experimentation: Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across channels (web, email, social) with a rapid iteration mindset.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives.
- Community Building: Comfortable engaging in Slack communities, review boards, and marketplace platforms to grow brand visibility.
