Symplicity is looking for a regional Marketing Manager to drive growth across APAC through a blend of field and demand generation marketing. The role involves developing and executing the annual APAC marketing plan, managing multiple senior stakeholders, and translating global campaigns into regionally relevant programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with demonstrated experience across field marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution
- Proven ability to partner with sales teams to build pipeline and support revenue goals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable navigating and building relationships with senior leaders and our cross-functional partners in product, operations, and client success
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Curiosity about AI-assisted marketing workflows — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be excited to experiment, learn, and share what works with the team
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
