We are seeking a Senior Demand and Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-performing demand engine that drives pipeline, revenue, and market visibility. The role owns how Synack goes to market across channels, translating positioning and messaging into programs, campaigns, and digital experiences that convert.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation in B2B SaaS environments (cybersecurity preferred)
- Ability to operate strategically and be hands-on
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth, scaling multi-channel demand programs, and optimizing performance at scale
