The Demand Generation Lead is responsible for creating and executing activities that generate high-quality demand for Syngenta portfolio. This role connects marketing and sales by driving awareness, interest, and intent across the grower journey, ultimately delivering qualified leads and accelerating revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related Field
- Minimum of 5 to 8 Years Experience in Demand Generation, Sales, Field Marketing or Agricultural Marketing
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to track and report on Key Performance Metrics
- Deeply understanding about crop protection is advantage
- Strong understanding of farming practices, agronomy, and local market dynamics
