Grower Marketing Manager

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Grower Marketing Manager to develop and execute grower marketing strategies for corn and rice seeds. The role requires strong marketing and brand leadership skills, with a focus on grower segmentation, campaign management, and field marketing. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in marketing, agribusiness, or related fields, and a strong understanding of corn and rice production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Management, or related field
• 7+ years experience in marketing, agribusiness, seeds, or crop-related industries (corn seeds experience strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in campaign management, grower segmentation, and field marketing
• Experience working directly with growers or agricultural channel partners
