Growth Marketing Manager Colombia

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to facilitate growth in Colombia and Latin America for a global fintech leader in remittances. The role involves designing and executing user acquisition strategies, optimizing performance and data, and managing partnerships.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing or Expansion roles, ideally in remittances or digital payments.
• Advanced English and Spanish (essential) to report to the Country Head and coordinate with global teams.
• High emotional intelligence, autonomy, and flexibility to travel for marketing activations (requires a Visa)
