The Marketing Operations & On-ground Activations Supervisor will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all on-ground marketing activations and brand operations at Tagaddod’s UCO collection points. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, brand alignment, and measurable engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years of experience in brand activations or trade marketing operations
• Experience managing on-ground teams and handling logistics coordination
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel frequently
