Requirements
- Work closely with TAL’s IT outsource company
- Perform all tasks in the implementation cycle, including business process definition, configuration and unit testing, support of user acceptance testing and post-live support
- Maintain/create finance systems operating procedures, protocols and process documentation
- Identify potential improvements for TAL to accept with vendor initiated upgrade/patching
- Manage finance systems software upgrade/patching projects
- Triage, prioritise, and assign resource to address Finance Systems issues/requests tickets
- Sound understanding of accounting/finance principles and practices
- Working knowledge of life insurance products
